G12 Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: All members are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in their interactions within the group and treat others with respect, courtesy, and fairness at all times.
- Non-Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. We embrace diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of the group.
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow members. Do not disclose any sensitive or confidential information shared within the group without explicit permission.
- Honest and Transparent Communication: Communicate openly and honestly with other members. Avoid deceptive or misleading practices. Provide accurate information about yourself, your business, and your services.
- Collaboration and Support: Foster a collaborative environment where members can share knowledge, insights, and resources. Support fellow members by offering advice, guidance, and referrals whenever possible.
- No Solicitation: While networking and promoting your business is encouraged, avoid excessive self-promotion or direct solicitation within the group. Focus on building relationships and providing value to others.
- Respect Time and Commitments: Honor your commitments to the group and fellow members. Attend meetings and events punctually, be prepared, and actively participate. Value and respect the time of others.
- Constructive Feedback: Provide feedback and suggestions in a constructive and considerate manner. Avoid personal attacks, defamatory language, or any form of harassment.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Conduct all activities within the group in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Do not engage in any illegal or unethical practices.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of conflicts or disputes, please attempt to resolve them amicably and professionally. If necessary, please involve Alistair to help facilitate a resolution.
- Membership Termination: G12 reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates the code of conduct or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the group’s values or objectives.
- Language: We do not tolerate foul and abusive language, focus on your professional behaviour and how you and your business comes across.
